450gr of minced veal meat
Staled bread soaked in milk (2/3 slices) please do not use braed for toast, becauae it will spoilt everything, became a sort of glue with the milk. You can if you want instead of the bread, used some mashed potato, I mixed the meat with the bread, parmesasn cheese, pinch of salt and a pinch of nutmeg, if you want instead of the spices you can use lemon zest and eventually put some minced garlic and parsley. 1 egg to keep all together and then fried them…put in a ball while you cook the other and then deglaze the pan with some white wine…wait till it bubbling for couple of minutes and the pour on the meatballs. You can serve them with mushrooms or peas…they will be so tender and lovely.
